Cannas are so colourful. Currently my sister’s huge hillside garden is a sea of blue agapanthus, with hedge rows of red oleander, rows of white oleander, and massive plantings of a dark red canna all in full bloom. A spectacular sight. Old fashioned plants all grown by her from cuttings and pieces given to her for free. Temperatures range from -6c to +44c. She has only taken 8 years to achieve this and is constantly dividing plantings up, and extending her garden. What an achievement. Fantastic Judy, you have coloured the world! Go girl!
